We locate this totally renovated apartment in the heart of the fishing village area of Port de Sóller, known as Santa Catalina. It offers two bedrooms, one of them, the main one of good size and the smaller one with bunk beds. Both bedrooms have A/C and the apartment has WIFI with fiber internet that goes very well. The nice and comfortable new bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped, with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, smart TV and DVD player. From its balcony one can enjoy amazing views to the Port and smell the salty breeze from the sea. To be mentioned that the building is almost on the top of the hill so it is a bit steep to get there. Parking is restricted to neighbors only. It is possible to get to the apartment by car but it is not possible to park close by as the area is only for residents. The old quater of Port de Sóller, called also the fishing village area is charming with lots of small cute houses, narrow streets and lots of steps as it is hilly. Parking is restricted so we will recomend you some areas where to park your car in case you have one but there is no need to use a rental car as the property is nicely connected and one has the bus and tram station within walking distance.
