This sunny cottage is located at only 15 minutes walk from the main square of Fornalutx. It does not have car access and from the Fornalutx cemetery it takes around 10 minutes to get to the cottage. The olive grove is well kept and very clean. It has plenty of olive and carob trees. The cottage is very old and it also has a water cistern where to collect the rain water. The property enjoys very nice and open views to the mountains.
