This house is located in the outskirts of Sóller and it enjoys open views to the village. Due to the orientation, south, it has sun all year around and it is very peaceful and private. The house is surrounded by orange and lemon trees that flood the air with their fantastic smell. The house offers two double bedrooms, one bathroom with walking shower, fully equipped kitchen, washing room, large dining room and living room with A/C and stove burner. Around the house there are different terraces where one can relax, sunbath and swim and the rustic and cute pool. The access to the property is narrow in one part so we would like to recommend to rent a SMART car or to park the car at 100 metres away of the property. The village and the supermarket are at walking distance. Prices per day for the high season, from June to end of September and 140 Euros a day for the low season, rest of the year.
