Olivar with swimming pool and amazing views in Sóller (Ref. SO1866)

This olive grove is located in the mountains of Sóller and enjoys panoramic views to the Sóller valley. Located at around fifteen minutes from the town it has car access to the property through a dirt track. The house offers two separate units, each one with one bedroom, one bathroom, and kitchen. The property does not have electricity and it works with generator and with solar panels. There is no town water; the rain water gets collected into the different water tanks existing in the property. It also has a nice pool where to cool off in the hot sunny days.
