Splendid olive grove in the area of Sa Figuera in Port de Sóller (Ref. PS1600)

This olivar is hidden behind pine and olivetrees in the mountains of Sa Figuera. The plot is terraced but offers also plenty of flat land. There belongs a little house of aprox. 80 m˛ to the property. It offers a open living area devided into dining area with open plan kitchen, sitting area with open fire place, sleeping area with a bathroom. There is a storage room outside the house and a shed for tools. A waterdeposit collects rainwater and solar system provides the property with electricity. Due to the elevated location in the mountains and the oriantation towards south east, the property also enjoys sun in winter. The access is comfortable and asphalted.
