This property is a rustic, remodelled casita in the mountains on the west coast of Mallorca. The house is situated on the slopes of the island's largest mountain and is overlooking the 1.000-year-old village of Fornalutx. There are three terraces, large living space with a lovely fireplace, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms, one of them on suite. The house is on a large property surrounded by 200 olive trees and spectacular views in all directions. It's a twenty minute drive to the beach in Port de Soller; fifteen minutes to nearby Sóller; and forty minutes to Palma. Hiking trails are just outside the house. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom. The house wiring includes an ADSL internet connection, as well as a Local Area Network (LAN) for both Ethernet and Wireless connections.
