This newly renovated apartment is located in the fifth floor with elevator just few steps away from the Repic beach in Port de Sóller. From the spacious living room with comfortable sofa, TV/Video, CD-stereo, dining area and open plan kitchen you enjoy partial views to the sea and lighthouse. The property offers our guests two bedrooms with double bed and two individuals and one bathroom with bath shower over, wash basin and toilet. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, as well as washing machine. From the living room and one of the bedrooms you can exit to the terrace which has views to the mountains and has even sun in winter. There are many walks in the area including a walk from the beach in front of the property to the Lighthouse. It is not necessary to hire a car, the tram into Sóller is just a few meters away and there are many restaurants and all the facilities you need in the Port. The popular beach with its lunchtime cafes is only a few steps across the road from the property. There are linen and towels for the bathroom and beach provided.
